What to expect from Team Nori (for a flat fee!)
You will receive an in-depth pre-listing preparation report; this will include everything from de-cluttering & re-arranging to painting & repairs should they be needed.
We will help you source any tradesmen needed throughout the process, such as painters, carpenters, cleaners etc. should this be needed or requested.
Should your home require staging, our in-house stager Amanda will come in with furnishings and décor as the final touch before listing your home!
All for a very low flat fee of between $300- $800! (Dependant upon degree of staging you would like and our staging expert recommends…..this will be predetermined via conversation between the seller and our staging expert).
